Contact privacy

Guardian contact details stay private until a tutor is shortlisted. Tutor contact details unlock only for the guardian who shortlisted them — exactly how Caretutors-style contact gating works.

Your control

You can update your profile anytime, request a copy or deletion of your data, or deactivate your account from settings. Deactivation follows a review waiting period for ongoing tuitions.
