Home Tutor BD is an online platform that connects learners, guardians and tutors. We do not provide tuition services directly, nor do we assign or recommend specific tutors. We facilitate the process with technology, verification and safety measures to help you hire verified, skilled tutors.

1. Accounts & Verification

You must provide accurate information when registering. Tutors must complete their profile and upload valid documents (NID, education certificates, photo) to apply for jobs. Verification is mandatory before a tutor can be shortlisted for sensitive placements.

2. Hiring Flow

Guardians post requirements for free, review applications, shortlist up to 5 tutors, take trial classes and confirm hiring. A digital confirmation letter is issued on every confirmed hiring.

3. Payments & Platform Charge

Guardians never pay advance to tutors before tutoring begins. Tutors pay the platform charge only after receiving their first month's salary — never before confirmation. Report anyone asking for advance payment to support immediately.

4. Conduct & Safety

Harassment, fraud, fake credentials or misuse of contact information leads to warnings, suspension or a permanent ban for both tutors and guardians. Attendance tracking and share-feedback features exist to keep every engagement transparent.
